FINDG CHILD SAFETY STANDARDS

FINDG CONNECT PRIVATE LIMITED ("FindG", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting minors and preventing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). This page outlines our policies and standards against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

FindG strictly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or the exploitation of minors on our platform. We have a zero-tolerance approach to anyone who uploads, shares, requests, or distributes content that endangers or exploits children.

Our platform is intended for professional networking among adults. Any behavior that threatens the safety of minors will be met with immediate and decisive action.

2. Enforcement & Legal Compliance

If we become aware of any CSAM or content involving the sexual exploitation of a minor, we will immediately take the following actions:

  • Immediate Account Termination: The offending user's account and all associated data will be permanently disabled without warning.
  • Content Removal: The illegal content will be immediately secured, removed from public view, and preserved for law enforcement.
  • Reporting to Authorities: We comply fully with all international and regional child safety laws. This includes mandatory reporting of CSAM to the relevant national authorities, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or local cybercrime units, providing all available identifying information.

3. In-App Reporting

We rely on our community to help keep FindG safe. If you encounter any content or behavior that you suspect involves the exploitation of minors, please report it immediately.

How to report: You can report a user, post, or message directly within the FindG app by tapping the "..." (Options) icon next to the content or profile, and selecting "Report". Choose the category related to child safety or illegal content to ensure it is escalated to our moderation team with the highest priority.
